Jalon Valley

Jalón (Xaló in Valencian) is a charming village located in the Jalón Valley. Located about 15 kilometres from the coastal towns of Calpe and Moraira, it is known for its picturesque landscape of vineyards, almond trees and the imposing Sierra de Bernia and Sierra del Forner mountains that surround the valley.

Jalón is particularly famous for its wine production, especially the sweet muscatel wine that has been made in local bodegas for generations.
